Terms and Conditions for Class Enrolment.
On receipt of this application we will send you an invoice for the first term of your chosen class. On receipt of your payment your place will be confirmed along with the dates and times of the term. Your confirmation will enter you into an ongoing agreement with The Talentz Ltd for a rolling two terms of your chosen class. Cancellation of your enrolment will require one full terms notice. If you or your child are unable to attend any classes or terms for which you are enrolled, payment will still be due. Payment for each term will be due before 7 days prior to the commencement of the term. Any late payment will incur a 10% late payment fee and may forfeit your place in any classes until full payment has been received. All invoices will be sent to the email address you have provided on this application.
A copy of our full terms and conditions will be emailed to you on submission of this form. By submitting this application you agree to all of these terms.
